Our aim is to create a self-sustainable and environmentally friendly community for the over 60 generation to enjoy a happy and fulfilled lifestyle while being given the opportunity to inspire the younger generation.
It is our hope that this shared experience will bring a sense of meaning and purpose to your years of retirement.
Sadly, the idea of younger people learning skills and wisdom from the elders of the community has been lost in our fast-paced world. This is something we aim to rectify in our Inspired Communities as we hope to bridge the gap and isolation felt from this rupture between generations.
An ICL village offers the opportunity to become part of a vibrant community where one can make new friends, maybe find new hobbies, and spend time with family and friends who can visit or stay at our hotel facility.
We offer substantial care services as well as a varied range of amenities and activities, including a dining and social club, fitness suite, swimming and gardening, all designed to enhance and enjoy one’s later years.
When residents purchase a ICL home they are not just buying into bricks and mortar – but buying into a secure and inspirational community.
Our ‘pilot’ community development will be in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons National Park.
It will comprise of 300 residents living and working together to co-create a ‘Retirement Plus Utopia’.
