We will utilise as many forms of renewable energy resources as possible and aim to generate more green energy then required and supply back to the National grid.
A modern well-designed district heating system for distributing heat generated in a centralized location through a system of heated pipes for residential and commercial heating requirements will be at the heart of the site enabling it to benefit from all green energy resources.
Solar Panels Roof and Ground Mounted
Our architects and landscapers will position on rooftops and identify areas of land on the 30-acre site to maximise solar energy generation without causing harm to our area of natural beauty.
Waste to Energy
Our long-standing team member Peter Stein has built large green power stations using a tried and tested technique of pyrolysis. This method captures and produces steam, oil, gas, electricity using all types of waste with zero emissions and no landfill.
Air Source Heat Pumps
An air source pump is an alternative way to heat your home. It will enable you to generate your own renewable heat and potentially save money on your energy bills. These pumps absorb heat from the outside air to heat your home and hot water. Air source heat pumps need electricity to run, but because they are extracting renewable heat from the environment, the heat output is greater than the electricity input.
Rain Water Harvesting
Rainwater harvesting is the collection, filtration, storage and use of rainwater from a building’s roof. Offering clean soft water for garden watering, car washing and other outdoor uses.
Wind Power
Non-obtrusive wind turbines are being developed and tested by partner companies to be used on the site.
Wood Chip Burners
Regarding our own green waste we have partnered with Eco designers to create ultra low emission wood chip burners to create additional green energy output for Estate.
