Development Process

Stage 1

Identification of the site and discussions with local authorities to determine willingness to develop and implement our model.

Stage 2

Acquisition of the site utilising investor funds. Detailed architectural design and drawings with environmental research followed by submission of planning permission. Secure development finance.

Stage 3

Approval of planning permission. Scheduling of construction and workforce and in parallel the marketing teams focus on pre-sales.

Stage 4

Post planning approval the anticipated construction timeframe is, building Phase I is due for completion in 18 months, building phase 2 in 24 months with the final building phase due 6 months later.

Upon completion of Stage 3, we guarantee on a first come served basis that investors will be able to apply for return of capital invested and additional profits.
