Our site has 30 acres and is in an area of outstanding beauty in one of UKs cherished National Parks.

There will be 150 apartments and cottages, priced at a discount to market rate.

No investors allowed to buy, only owner-occupiers.

The retirement village residents will have a transparent view of the running of the village with their participation. Our model will be fair with a realistic service charge and we will maintain a trusted provider offering features, services in collaboration with government/private providers at market prices.

 

Residents will be able to craft their own daily schedule based on personal interest, participating in as little or as many activities as desired. Activities include Tai Chi, Sunrise Yoga, Aquarobics or Film Screenings – there is something for everyone.

A Community Club – the hub of village life – will be a place for get togethers, societies and social functions, or simply to enjoy one another’s company.
There will be shops and services on site.
